Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been damaged due to improper use.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items
